We are looking for volunteers to help with IT support. The role will be supporting students and teachers in troubleshooting computer problems.
You will be the first point of contact when someone has a question or problem with their device(s).
Ruben Saramago, Head of IT will be the supervisor and you will be able to refer issues to him or Jonatas, if you can´t solve them.

Most support will be before school, at break and at lunch. You will not miss any classes to do this job.
This is a great oportunity to gain experience with IT and support, working with people and troubleshooting.
